Cottage Cheese & Pickles
I guess I am posting about this for lack of better things to post about. I think that my husband has lost his mind. He has been craving pickles and that isn't so bad but he has been eating them with cottage cheese, mixed in the cottage cheese and to me that is just strange. I think he is having pregnancy cravings or something. He is really a picky eater but he likes his pickles and cottage cheese. Has anyone out there ever had this or is he the only one???

That is a wierd one!! I love my pickles with cream cheese...Take a dill spear, line it with cream cheese, and crunch!! MM MMM..but cottage cheese ??? I don't know about all that! :p
What is wrong with you? Pickle's are good and so is cottage cheese.And together good!I allso like dill pickles and peanut butter.
btw...my husband is strange too! turns out he's done it! But it has to be sweet pickles and cottage cheese...dill pickles in it is just nasty!...says him! I think it's just nasty no matter what! lol
I love pickles...but in cottage cheese, i don't think so. BUT tomatoes are good in cottage cheese. Slice a tomatoe into you bowl, pile some cottage cheese, a little salt and pepper and yummy!
I like dill relish with ketchup and doritos...mix the relish with ketchup and then use doritos to scoop it up...yummy.
I like my cottage cheese with peaches and a little dab of mayo. Weird about the mayo, but that's how I grew up eating it and for the life of me I can't eat cottage cheese and peaches without the mayo! I made homemade pickles this year... I bought a 10 lb bag of pickling cukes from a farm (I did plant cucumbers in the garden, but they didn't grow good for some reason!)and used a recipe a dear friend gave me years ago. I hadn't made these pickles in several years and now my family is going crazy over them! Now I'm hoping to have made enough to last the year!
Ugh!!!!!!! Needless to say, I don't think pickles and cottage cheese goes together. But, you know, think about what I said the other day. It's about time for Momma Lou to have another grandbaby on the way and I feel one on the way SOON!! ha ha ha. Just wishful thinking!! Back to cottage cheese, I like it with pineapple. I've also made a hamburger and cottage cheese manhatten. Without the gravy. It's good!! Love ya all.
very strange theses are definetly things i've never heard of i'll have to try them out and let you know. I do like french fries dipped in soft serve icecream
LOL, well at least it is a healthy craving. I actually like cottage cheese with pineapple, that may sound weird also, HEHE.
